It is our job to make sure that your customers get the cash they want, when they need it.

Our customers matter to us. Our 24 hour Customer Service Centre answers over 97% of all calls first time, and in under 20 seconds.

We have 5 depots across mainland Britain, servicing in excess of 8.5k ATMs.  These are serviced 7 days a week by our amazing fleet of over 80 vans, driven by  the most competent SIA trained drivers in the industry; who are supported by a team of people back at the depot, who really have their back!

We have 100+ engineers who are split between 4 regions, including Northern Ireland. They deliver a seven day week coverage from 9am-9pm, 364 days a year. They are highly skilled in providing complete servicing for cash machine equipment and emergency on-site repairs. They take pride in their first time fix rate of over 90% across our network

Working 4 on 4 off shift patterns they start early in the morning, and can travel over 200 miles per day, and can fill over 15 ATMs involving over 60 'cross pavement' trips.

At NoteMachine, our employees safety is our number 1 priority.  Our internally run, and externally accredited SIA course  guidelines have been written with the intention and the purpose that personal wellbeing is to always be prioritised over concern for property or valuables.  Trident our awarding body for the SIA course have recognised this by regular audits of the course content, the ability and knowledge of the training team who all hold a qualification in Education & Training and the deliver our training at our regional centres.
