3:45am, beat my alarm as usual. Quick coffee, get in 4:15. Vehicle checks, PPE loaded. Start loading the van. Takes 15 minutes. Quick look at the route, not bad. Working with an unmarked van is crucial from a security perspective. Back at the depot for 4pm. Decent day apart from the traffic. Now for unloading, all is checked off, all is good, van already refuelled, off for four days. Happy days!
I've worked for NoteMachine for 22 years. The best things about the job is getting great satisfaction within the supervisor role is when we get a new recruit , training and helping them progress within the team as time goes by and they become more experienced.
Throughout the day, we answer calls from end-users dealing with ATM issues, providing guidance and transferring calls to other teams when needed. Some interactions can be challenging, especially with frustrated or upset customers, but we come together as a team to keep spirits high and handle daily challenges effectively.
